I've made lasagna in the crock pot. My small 1 quart pot is best for this because I don't want it to be too deep. It cooks at a low enough temperature that if I fill it to within an inch of the top and let it cook all day the lasagna is perfect by evening. I don't do anything different in layering the ingredients in the crock pot lasagna that I would do in a pyrex pan that would go in the oven.
