I can't tell from the news quote whether the one guy is saying Creative Suite goes away in the FRP package or whether the other guy is saying it will still be around, or whether "Creative Suite 6 Master Collection" that some other guy talks about is the same as the "Creative Suite 6" that the other guy says will go away but that another guy says will still be available.

It does appear you'll still be able to buy Photoshop as a standalone FRP, but the current version might be the last one you'll ever get ---

or maybe they mean something else.

I wonder if Irfanview is still up to date.(?)

PostPiddle - Just in case it's not familiar: FRP = Full Retail Package, some times called the "shrink wrap," the purchase once and use till it croaks package.
