I just look at the manual for recipes for this rig. None? But, even more odd is that there is a chart for "probe cooking" and it says two strange (to me) things. 3# beef roast, 145F, 4h low, 1.5h high. Based un USDA guidelines. I went there and it does say 145F. Even says 145F for lamb? Health Canada says 160F and so do most recipes that I have read (or close to it). Now, only 4h on low and 1.5h on high? WTF?
