here's my thoughts on the matter

We should stay totally public meanwhile.

We should perhaps adopt the "hand up" approach either as soon as a 'stranger' arrives and/or when there are more than just a few of us in the room {5 or 6 and more}

The Admin should keep a track of any one "hogging the mike at the expense of others and ajust the order accordingly .....That's what admin is surely

Admin is also responsible for "talking" privately with record players and karaoke artists to tell them that's not how we do it, and ultimately he can "fix" them

I've been variously entertained and amused by our 'visitors' and look forward to having many more
