I found this description of a 7-inch extended-play 45-rpm record by Paddy Roberts containing AUNTIE BRIDGET and OUR LITTLE VILLAGE on side 1, and I REMEMBER TILLY and THE RABBI AND THE PRIEST on side 2, released as Decca (UK) DFE 6701 in 1961.

I assume OUR LITTLE VILLAGE is the song you want.

I can't find any evidence that it has ever been re-released on CD, nor can I find any online recording, lyrics, or sheet music.
