This may or may not be relevant, There was a Music hall song called "Not For Joseph" Which Paul Cinquevalli, "The Human Billiard Table" used to accompany part of his Act which seems to have consisted of increasingly frenzied "Pogo" style dancing, with Higher and higher leaping.!!
