I will have to try the grapefruit in my rhubarb sorbet. As I noted above, I find ginger to be a great ingredient, and also have been known to add it to rhubarb crumble.

One of my clumps of plants gives very green rhubarb which does take a little sweetening, whereas the other gives a lovely red stalk which takes very little to take the edge off it.
