The Midi needs to be cleaned up considerably before you can turn it into playable sheet music with a notation program--I put in an hour or so on it--I thought I could maybe get something useable by just editing a bit and then converting it to notation, but there are a lot of problems with the file--the melody has to be cleaned up a lot, and there is a lot of fill that needs to be taken out--It would actually be easier to notate it from scratch--

Unless someone comes up with the sheet music somewhere, maybe you can get by if you write out a chord chart--simply take music paper and write the chords out, measure for measure, make a note on the style, and have the pianist fake it--

This is a great song, and the recording is timeless--I'll bet that there hasn't been a time in the last twenty odd years that you couldn't turn on the radio some where and here it--funny thing though is that I've never seen it in any music collections--
