Noted for being oblivious, I did not notice when someone I saw daily shaved off a full beard! The co-worker, a few years ago, who noticed I had lost weight was concerned for my health! "Are you OK?" Shoot, I still was at about 135-140, and happy to have gotten there! - but she was.... overweight.

Losing 90 pounds must have been monumental!

Just a thought: 18 months ago when my knee and hip pains had me feeling 150, my health consultant suggested magnesium. A week later I walked normally. I take it a couple times a week just in case.

On the other hand, without health insurance, I am not riding a bike lest I fall and break something, the only reason I would seek medical care.

So a lovely day at the cabin - cool and breezy. Kits and I are getting into a routine. A second one came to me and requested a bottle at lunch. She had already been at the bowl but she knew she needed more and I was glad to give it to her. Very time consuming, though. A meal takes near an hour and I am concerned that shy one needs more than she is getting from the bowls. She did snarl back at a sib today to get her place at the table! These guys communicate better than a lot of humans!

I was able to get up early and have packed several boxes - a SMALL dent in the STUFF that needs to be packed. Goal is to pack up everything that is not essential to the next month. Need more boxes! Soft goods will go into clear plastic bags - BIG ones. I may have a car load to go by tomorrow and hope for a good day and energy to load, go to the mill, unload and do the planting. Maybe even go to the library. And a bag full for the thrift shop.

I cleaned up my show shelves from their months on the porch and stacked them to make more room. The boxes were out there so now they are not. The squirrels seem to have freaked out and left. They will probably be back to eat.

I started packing papers and then thought I could eliminate some but that was too time consuming so I am back to just packing them. Too much interesting info. and maybe someone will just have to throw it all out sometime but where there is life there is hope - that I might still look through it and reduce it tremendously.

And I have deleted or moved to file almost 400 clayart emails. I am almost up to March! There is so much good info. Just this aft, I realized a better way of dealing with them! DUH! I get a digest at least once a day, of all the emails since the last digest. I could have been deleting all but the digests; instead I have deleted all the digests - 'til now! And from now on! Who's a slow learner?

Now to de-clutter my bank account.
