It just struck me as well - Simple, accessible, easily enjoyable

I remember reading the notes on A Sam Cook album - Probably my all time favourite Soul singer - ans he said that music should be simple and easy to listen too. A tune that anyone can repeat sort of thing. I probably like Quo for the same reason. And the same could well be true about a lot of folk songs and tunes! Maybe we are on to something here :-)
