Well, I tweaked the e-book and it is undergoing delivery to umpty-ump distributors. They lag as follows:

Baker & Taylor        Delivered 06/12/2013        Your eBook should be up for sale in approximately 2-3 weeks from when we deliver to them.

Copia        Delivered 06/12/2013        We do not currently have an estimate for eBooks going live at Copia. We are delivering eBooks to them but there is a delay in their process for making a delivered ebook available for purchase on their site.

Gardner's        Delivered 06/12/2013        Your eBook should be up for sale in approximately 3-4 weeks from when we deliver to them.

Even though Amazon is listed as "delivery in process", whatever that means, they will probably be the first up for public access.

The hard copy had some tweaks to be done but I have now uploaded the final improved version. It will end up costing about $10 more than the e-book, worth it for those who love the feel of real bookstuff in their hands. I hope you get it, one way or the other, and enjoying the many threads and colors in it.
