You believe as unadorned truth a load of religious stuff for which there is not a scrap of evidence. There is a ton of evidence for evolution, and the process of natural selection, the main driver of evolution, can be observed everywhere. I love that double standard. To take your vacuous (as ever) argument to the point of absurdity, we might as well say that nothing exists except at the instant of time we call "now". Nobody is seeing it ten seconds ago and nobody can see it in the future. Well, we can bat that one around all day if we like, but I'm a simple man and I prefer helpful notions personally.
