"Have youse no fucking manners"?

Yep, gnu. I'd characterize it as an insult if it were directed at me. If it were directed at somebody who I thought was rude? Heh heh. Who knows, eh? (See, I'm Canadian).   

How could we rephrase that so it really was a genuine question?

How about: What you just said strikes me as rude. Was that your intention?   Or "Do you see it that way?"

But it certainly works for this thread!
