I saw one a couple of years ago - a Geordie guy had one at St Neots' Festival (many miles away from home). I meant to ask him where he got it, but never did. Then I pesterd every music shop in the Midlands, and they all said "if you find out who makes 'em, tell us!". But I never did. In the end I cobbled one together from a metal spring clip (£1, Walsall market) and the forked bit of a guitar hanger I got from a music shop fo a tenner. The first time I used it in public, somebody said "I know a chap who sells them". There's no justice!
