OK..I watched the video, and I THINK I got what you're talking about. You create a 'digital loop' and then play and/or sing over it..but, in your case you want to use a flute. What threw me off was that you called it a 'loop enhancer',and I've never heard it referred to as that before. Yea, well guitarists have been using them for years..you can catch a whole phrase, or shorten the time, and use it as an effect, or even syncopate with it, with certain rhythms. ...What can I help you with?
I had some ideas, of using two harmonizing flute lines weaving through and against each other....even using three part harmonies in loops, and then a 'wicked' flute line playing over it....but that would depend on the time you'd want to put into it....I guess the thing you'd want to keep in mind, is that 'genius' in music, (and other things as well), but especially in music, is where the technology meets the heart, and you use the technology to express the heart...and the more 'unashamed' you are at expressing it, the more virtuosic you play!...whether you use acoustics only, or electronic. Don't let ANYBODY tell you that you can't create lovely music from the heart, utilizing electronics...even acoustical instruments were the top of THAT technology, of their time.
