I haven't looked at Win8 much, since all the new features are useless (and/or harmful) for me, but several recent versions of IE have not shown the toolbars by default. A little "gear" icon may show some options, or right clicking on the address bar might still let you turn on toolbars, despite Microsoft's new theory that only people too stupid to use toolbars should buy new Microsoft stuff. (?)

Our concern for your success demands that we must ask what you plan to do instead of Win8 ... ? ... but it only matters if you feel like telling us.
