Here's my attempt at a transcription of the YouTube recording. I figure it would be ridiculous for me to try to represent the dialect with spelling, so I stuck pretty close to standard spelling. My spelling of the title comes from the video, but I have no confidence in it.

Now I'm a Norfolk man; a Shannock* do I be.
I am from the ... side of Sheringham by the sea.
Now if I want to go there, if only for a day,
No sooner do they see me, they turn around and say:
"Are you alright, boy? Are you alright?"

Now when I was a schoolboy, 'course, that was long ago,
Nothing could they teach me, and nothing did I know,
And then one day I told the teacher, "Two and two is four."
He looked me in the eye and he said, "Oh, my Lor'!
Are you alright, boy? Are you alright?"

I own the Shannock; I am a Shannock, and I'll always be that way.

One day I do recall, the snow was on the ground.
I took my sled to Beacon Hill to do some sliding down.
New when I broke my glasses, I could not see a thing,
And when I left the cliff behind, I heard the boys all sing:
"Are you alright, boy? Are you alright?"

I'm always thinking of a seaside town and I'm wishing I was there.

Well then I went a-fishing, and on the herring grounds,
There … an old nor'easter, and the old … went down,
And when they called a lifeboat, she come along next day,
And when she come to pick me up, I heard the coxswain say,
"Are you alright, boy? Are you alright?"

I was a Shannock; I am a Shannock; and I'll always be that way.

Now listen all you Norfolk boys; I reckon you know me.
I know all you Shannock boys from Sheringham by the sea.
Now if I want to go there, if only for a day,
I hope that when you see me, you'll turn around and say:
"Are you alright, boy?"
