The fellow Neg who does it seems to have based an entire TV show on the general premise of doing a variety of odd and annoying things to unsuspecting people...a bit like candid camera used to be, but he's more aggressive about it. Numerous people in the various clips in fact DO try to kick him in the nuts...not always literally, of course, but in that general sense. For instance, he runs on the field and steals rugby and soccer balls from college teams who are playing...and they give him a pretty rough time of it when they catch him.
