For those of us who are learning standard Russian: "I drive" correctly translates "Я езжу" (ya yezzhoo). Though "Ya yedoo" would be a recognizable colloquialism or regionalism, Gerry's interpretation of "outdoing the tsar" is unsubstantiated. The anonymous Guest (who may well be more of an expert than I) is quite right.
The actual meaning is "Russian gibberish", for sake of comedy.
