My best wishes going out to you, Max. Three years ago, I was digging holes in the skin of my face during my sleep because of stress. I have scars from it. I thought I had a rash that would not heal, as it spread from all over my forehead to my eyelids. The third doctor I saw, a dermatologist, said, "That is from stress. You are digging into your skin in your sleep." I knew I was nuts from stress, but who would have thought that could happen, too?
