He was with Bill Caddick and Tim Laycock on an album whose name escapes me but which had a circus theme (was it 'Duck on his Head?). I remember them announcing that their next project would be something completely different, I got the impression of some sort of play, based on a novel(?) called 'The Man Who Walked Through Walls' or something similar. But I don't think that project ever saw public light.

As far as I know, Peter's only three solo albums were 'It's All Right For Some', 'Awkward Age' and 'See Me Up See Me Down'.
