Sorry Thomas, this has long been a problem. When we travelled to the USA regularly we brought 'supplies' of material with us. Heinemann, the publishers of Bob's first three books, had an American arm and therefore distributed them properly - hence the number that were always produced at gigs for Bob to sign. Now, with our homespun (and I hope Vic will concur), but not amateur production, the best we could come up with is either to email us directly or take the Amazon route. The problem is payment - using Amazon takes care of that... Processing US cheques is too costly, sending cash through the mail is unadvisable and we're not big enough to set up a credit card account. Maybe there's something we could do via PayPal?
In addition to Vic Smith's thorough and complimentary revue of 'A man of No Consequence' on Mustrad, there should be more appearing in fRoots, English Dance and Song, Stirrings, and hopefully The Guardian in due course.
