Les Anges dans nos Campagnes -- according to my liner notes from the Revels "Sing We Now Of Christmas" is "Angels we have heard on high" in English. 17th Century French carol from Lorraine.

btw, I heartily recommend all of the Revels CDs for Christmas. Great fun!
