I am just sorry that when I logged on at about 1am last night (GMT), I was wanting to use the computer for non-mudcat purposes, and as a result I did not sit down and properly read the "lost thread" whilst it was live.
I would did intend to follow it to its conclusion at leisure, but am not now able to. Thanks "Guest" for recovering what you could from the original. I was amused.
