Just read through the cassette cover and they don't list any other source. It just says Traditional next to the track listing.

It is very similar to the third version of "Canadee-i-o" in the DT.

There is a "Wearing of the Green" which runs along similar lines. but that appears to have been written about naval officers during the second world war, so it is probably derived from this version.
