That's the kind of weather where Chongo sits morosely in his walk-up office/apartment, trying to keep cool with an electric fan and a cold drink. His air conditioner hasn't worked in years, despite being threatened with summary execution by .45 cal if it doesn't shape up. He sweats and glowers. His apartment gets hot as hell on sunny days, because it's on the 3rd floor and the roof is not well insulated in the least. Eventually he can't take it any more and he heads down to street level and goes off to Murphy's Bar for a few cold ones.
