I miss kat every day. Every time I check in to Mudcat, every time I see a Raven drifting on a current, every hike into the mountains. I used to tell kat that I was going to the mountains, and that I'd take her with me. She always "got" that and was delighted and appreciative, and if anyone could be there in spirit, kat could.

Our exact locations are yet to be determined, but I know we will carry her to the ocean where she will travel with the tides to near and distant shores, and to a mountain top or two, to release her to the gentle breezes there, which will carry her to the heights.
