Depends how fast you drive and what part of Cheshire but...

If you are leaving mid morning (11am?)you'll be going round York at lunchtime (1pm) so I'd just keep going up the A64 to Malton, Pickering and across the moors.

Whitby at about 14:00 - 14:15 I'd guess.
