WELL! THAT WAS FUN! I have seen and heard Amos on You Tube and thought he was great. Listening to him in my living room actually was "studio quality" stuff. As if I was there while he was recording. Wonerful geetar and rich voice.... RICH voice. The lads have sacked out. I am wired... still all atwitter and agog as I don't get much company unless someone like Amos insists (long story). I even was given permission to touch his geetar! All I did was check out the action from end to end with thumb and forefinger.... sweeeet! I even got a few pics! His bro is an amazing artisan and a cool dude. We had a lot of laughs. Amos actually got me to play a wee bit of Hran and.... sing with him. I haven't done either in years and I kinda think the little I could do was appreciated. Then again, ya know them Yanks eh, chante ma pomme la, eh? Damn! I ain't gonna get to sleep for a while yet.

I just had big goodbye hugs with Amos and Gabe. What a HOOT! What a night. Many laughs. Many stories. And You Tube vids of Amos pale in comparison to having a front row seat 8' from the stage in a living room. The richness of the voice will echo in my head for a long time... he even sounded good with the shower on and the door closed this AM. (EJ... you'll have to email him. He is at Tim's gettin coffee and then on his way... he had to return from the car which had to be moved at 6AM due to street construction to ask for directions to the highway... heheheee!) Oh what a night!
