Don, if you're 215 lbs down from 230, that means you weight 15 lbs. Something wrong there. But given the intent of your post, congratulations. However, your body adapts to lower calories because it believes you're starving--and you are. It's better if you can fool it somehow. I've lost some weight, but I'm not sure how much, and I'm not going to get on the scales today.

I made it to the gym and did elliptical for 20 minutes, but I'm having trouble moving now. I'm not tired, just moving at the speed of a drunken sloth. I think it's because of the heat, as Bat Goddess said, and the dead air.
