As an investment, I would think not.

You might look on eBay for the prices of memorabilia relating to comparable performers from a few decades before - dunno what "comparable" might be, maybe Lonnie Donegan, the Supremes, Jacqueline du Pre, Sandy Denny, Jimmy Savile, well maybe not that one... I suspect a performer has to be in the Buddy Holly league for fame and early death before you'd get your money back on resale.
