I beg to differ Bobz, and the reason is in the first part of that article.

If that LIE was presented to the jury as evidence, and was given a free pass by both prosecution and judge, skewing the view of the jury in Zimmerman's favour, it's the whole deal, supporting my firm conviction that nobody in that courtroom was trying to convict Zimmerman.

That's it,........in black and white, so to speak.
