The contents of my mind is not "stuff cluttering (my) brain." That's called "knowledge."

It comes from having had a good education, and being aware that an education is just a start. I do a great deal of reading and keep up on what's going on in the world, and I know how to find information if there is something I don't know about.

Most intelligent people have this same capacity.
