Thread Name: Notre-Dame des Doms Provencal carols
Subject: 1-50 Bregada, ausetz e vos dirai
1-50: Bregada, ausètz e vos dirai The edge of the page in the manuscript has been torn away, taking with it any indication of clef and key signature in the score. I have assumed that the key is C and that a C clef was positioned on the first line. In the Trésor, they have assumed the key is F (one flat), with a G clef positioned as in modern notation. Consequently, until the final note their note intervals are a second lower relative to the tonic than mine (and pitched a third higher). I'd be very surprised if that was the proper reading.
