I wonder if someone has yet written the history of the Drinking Gourd? If they haven't, someone should! I also can think of few other clubs that were so vital to the musicians in the fifties and sixties: Seattle's "Pamir House", Sausilito's "Anchor Steam House" ... on and on and on. bob(deckman)nelson
