Aw, heck...an administration of apes is really what's needed to clean up Washington and end these stupid wars. Chimps are smart, so put them in charge of the decision-making. Orangutans are fastidious perfectionists who love Nature, so put them in charge of the environment and the economy. Use the Gorillas and Baboons for security....you'd hardly notice the difference from the way it is at present! ;-D And the monkeys? Well, they could serve as the clerical workers and could also fill out the press corps. Monkeys LOVE asking questions. Imagine the scrum when Chongo meets the press.
