I have a work area beside my side door with cedar 2x2 boards spaced apart, in which the planks rest on an iron frame that once was a support for holding firewood (I ran the planks between the supports). I used carriage bolts to hold those lengthwise planks to cross bars of the same wood. It's constructed so the crossbars keep it from sliding off of the metal frame. I've been needing to finish drilling and putting the bolts on (some are in place, but other boards are just sitting there, waiting to be finished).

Supposed to be 100^o tomorrow. So disappointing - but I'm planning to send the next few mornings in the garden getting set for fall planting.
