I am sorry to report that I am flying home, else I would be in Fort Worth shortly after the Getaway. I have turned in my little red rental car and hanging out at Dani's this week. Today I am helping organize the basement. There's a guy down the road selling a Harley Wide Glide from 1981 for 8 grand, but it sounds like the sound track to a bad motorcycle gang film. Hillsboro, Nawth Carolina is a grand rown full of angelic sprites like Dani and Janie. Last night she invited a couple of score friends over and we raised the roof some to good effect. Janie's sister Annie even came and played the fiddle, which was a special treat. Mighty good times, mighty good. The Hran is here, next to Dani's banjo, but so far she has stuck to playing the fridge, the range and the skillet. All of which she does exceeding well, I must add.
