Ebbie, you'll notice that just as Obama/Osama are the same, there are alleged to be no less than two Presidents named "George Bush" alive at the same time. Odd, and worthy of further investigation. They have supposedly been filmed together, but the images have not, so far as I know, been subject to computer enhancement.

With his fake beard and third-world Kenyan accent (suppressed when he plays "President of the United States"), Osama/Obama caught the attention of "George Bush" as the perfect fall guy for his Twin Towers caper. O/O had been planning a Presidential run as far back as 1997, when he "declared war" on the U.S. - one of the best ways to gain quick publicity in the Media-driven age, but also very dangerous.

O/O's notorious videos were filmed on a sound stage in Chicago, something the Bush administration never tumbled to, as O/O and his men were "hiding in plain sight." Bush's Iraq fiasco, engineered for their own purposes by the Illuminati, gave O/O just the opportunity he needed to "run for President" (i.e., seize power through electronic ballot fraud).
