I know one shouldn't, but I have a little book in the study just for all the passwords needed for dozens of different sites. I ran out of past cats' names, first letters of sayings/phrases, my mum's myriad siblings' nicknames etc etc. I recently tried a thing on Yahoo which tells you if a suggested password is 'weak' or 'strong' and all mine are pathetically weak. It seems you have to put capital letters in among them and numbers, dashes etc in a right old unmemorable mixture. I'm too darned old for all this rubbish, I'm convinced it sends my blood pressure soaring! And then ... to have to change the blessed things ... aaaaaggghh!
