Kim, and all, I suppose it's OK if once in a while we don't go to eleven about the season. Call it taking a year off.

I was not at my best for Christmas, 1994, because that was my first Christmas without my kids after my wife and I separated. I bounced back. This is the year of my big heartbreak (I was supposed to be married by now but she found better things to do). I can and will bounce back this year.

And remember, scaling back this year doesn't mean you have to go to 12 next year!
