Heard on ABC radio news at midday today that the army is thinking it could be to blame for starting the fire near Lithgow as they were conducting explosive ordnance training near Marangaroo Training Area on the day the fire started. They were setting off explosives in the bush on a day of extremely high fire danger with very low humidity and really hot dry strong winds??? Who was it who said "military intelligence" is an oxymoron?
