Pete Fawcett. I get around and so did Dave. I would meet him anywhere there was Irish music.He was unconventional. I met him at a Fleadh in Listowel County Kerry.I asked him which Hotel he was staying at. He replied, he wasn't in any, he was sleeping in the car!
I knew Dave Bulmer for 40 years and like others I took him as i found him.I never had a bad word from him or with him. He always made his way to speak to me and was no snob. Which is more than I can say for a few others.
