Took that bath instead of going to the country. Good thing as R was already back in the city having given instructions re K. I do not like not being there; wondering how it will all turn out. Kitchen is, to me, the most important room of all and I do not trust anyone to do it right - my way.

Today's bath wiped me out; I had to get out without taking a shower then go back up and shower off the salt after a period of recuperation. Then I had almost enough energy to pot - but not quite. Put heat on so it will be warm enough when I do have the energy.

R came in for late lunch, then for supper, turned off the water to work on toilet, then went off to visit a friend. ????

Coughing all day today after almost none yesterday. Used all the possible bits of my sage plant to make tea - without killing it! Then walked to grocery for a packet of fresh sage. Cannot remember what I did differently to stop the cough yesterday; nothing working today.
