Karen and I have quite a few and every now and again another pops up. Many have been mentioned here, but, uh..................

We have gotten out of the New Year's Eve habit and now we go somewhere nice for an early dinner then sit around all night watching movies we've rented. A few years back we came home, loaded up the snacks and camped on the couch prepared to watch two blockbusters that had just been released to videotape and we had not yet seen. A nice fire in the fireplace, two people in love, a new year approaching...........what a happy scene.

Now I dunno' what the hell we were thinking about when we rented these two, I mean we knew the plot lines........I guess it was just the chance to see two major hits while cuddled up on a cold New Year's Eve........whatever.......But let me give you all a piece of advice----Do NOT watch Philadelphia followed by Schindler's List in the same night. Bummer......
