my mother in law had a terrible case of shingles, so I fully intend to get the shot, since I had chickpox as a kid...

what has been a hinderance is the fact that even though my insurance will cover the shot, my doctor has to special order it... so I get to the office & they never got the vaccine & never thought to give me a call to reschedule. grrr

they should give them at pharmacies, just like the flu shots... it's not rocket science, just paperwork..
