I recently stayed at - and can recommend - Mary Hughes' B&B "An Gleann", Ennis Road, Miltown Malbay, located 1 km from Miltown Malbay on the main road to Ennis.

Beware when buying CDs at Custy's in Ennis. They take the discs out, presumably to discourage theft. I bought a Paddy Keenan CD, and when I opened it - you guessed it: no disc. I was already too far down the road to turn back.
