P.S. some of these malware programs have figured out how to block antivirus and antimalware programs, so if it doesn't run, then do system restore. And if you need to open it in safe mode to run system restore, turn off the computer and as you restart it begin mashing the F8 key as soon as you turn it on. Use safe mode with Internet connection so you can download anything else you might need to fix this.

If you right click over your task bar you might be able to unpin or disconnect it from there.
