Drive to the nearest aerodrome. Have your truck put on an airplane and flown to airport coded "PIH." I'll take it from there; have the airplane wait so it can take the truck home. After that, feel free to drive it anywhere and don't worry about the play in the master cylinder, it will go away soon.
