Whatever you do, be sure NOT to let her see "Perfect Storm"!

A compromise may be in order methinks. Buy a boat you can go out in. You may be able to live on a boat now, but in a few years you may not be physically able to and then where will you be. Don't leave yourself high and dry, so to speak ;-)
